^This is good advice. Go to an apartment complex get a brochure, see a lawyer for a free divorce consultation, and leave all of this on the table for him to find. If he cares this will shock the life out of him, and he will be more than happy to alter. If he doesn't then your answer is right there for you.

Yeah we aren't married but I tell him I can go stay at my dads for a while & he always says "fine just go then" & storms out.. Like he got mad because I was asking him a question, took my debit card & went to the store to buy ciggs (the online bank statement shows the gas station & a total of $4.00 so I'm assuming thats what it is) & he hasn't even returned it's been about 30 minutes.. He probably stopped at his friends but he could let me know what he is doing.. I guess I need to just suck it up & go..

I think so since he obviously is not as invested in the relationship as you, and it's not fair for you to stay.
