My FAVORITE recipe

Dice potatoes and put in the bottom of a pan in a single layer. Put pork chops on top of them. Cover with a packet of onion soup mix prepared with 3 cups water (instead of 4 like the directions state).
Cook at 350 I think for 45 mins-1hr. They're so juicy and tender. And the potatoes have a great flavor!

I cut up pork chops and potatoes and throw it in a dish and pour a bottle of Italian dressing on it and stick it in the oven. SO loves it I usually make white rice to eat with it as well, may sound funny but it gives it a really good taste.

DH loves when I make fried chops with hashbrowns or fried potatoe, eggs, and toast or biscuits. I like to take boneless chops and kind of pound them out a little so they're thinner and wider then put stuffing in the middle fold them together, put like 3 toothpicks through the top to hold them together while they bake,375 for about 25-30 minutes. They kind of look like a taco. I serve that with homemade mashed potatoes and whatever veggie I'm in the mood for. One last fav is just classic shake and bake, sometimes I'll add a packet of ranch seasoning mix to it for a little extra flavor.
