Problems with bladder 6 months after giving birth?

Okay, when I was pregnant when I sneezed I peed on myself. lol tmi. My daughter is 6 months old now and I still do it. Does anyone else still have this problem?

Yup, I do kegals every day and they seem to help. It can take up to a year for you to regain full control over bladder and bowels after birth.

I don't but my doctor told me I would. He said its really common and if it did happen not to worry. I just pee a lot more often, like I can't hold it as long.
