I want to get a 3d ultrasound, but I heard they may harm your child..thoughts?

I haven't heard that, but no I didn't get one with DD and won't be with this one either. I think they are creepy.

I've never heard that. But I plan to if I can find a decently priced place nearby, if not than it's not a big deal to me.

Yes I will get one. I had one with DD too. No they're not dangerous. If they were dangerous why would high risk specialists use them?! They're prolly dangerous if you got them weekly for fun without a drs. Order or watch.

I've heard that any u/s can be dangerous. Everyone has their theories.... I get ultrasounds done every week or every other week because I'm considered high risk. Both my kids are completely healthy!

Never heard of them harming the baby especially since my doctor does them anyways..

just some things i heard from others, not sure if it was true thats why i asked.

They're not dangerous. I had a 3D & 4D with DD. Both were hour long sessions. I'm doing the same with this one.

I'll be getting a 3D! I'm scheduling for mid September when I'm 27-28 weeks so I can get better pictures of her features but she won't be TOO big to where we can't see her whole body. I had them with my son at 22 weeks & they were awesome.

I had a couple during my last pregnancy.
