IUD??

Is it true that the IUD doesnt stop you from concieving, it just keeps the baby from implanting after fertilization??

Isnt that kinda like an abortion?? Or do i have it totally wrong??

I was like that in the older days but not now. On the one that starts with an M has some hormones that stops you from relaseing and egg and with the copper one. The tail and copper kills the sperm or somthing like that.
