They only things we premade for tomorrow was cornbread and.pie.

The best way to make hot chocolate is to warm milk up on the stove and use Nesquick powder. Mmmmmmmmmmmm

Rayne's class does this monthly. Except of course they actually use marbles. And if they fill the jar by the end of the month, they get a prize such as pajama day.

The monthly goals don't work for Rayne, though. It's too long for him. They also earn tickets all week long and every five tickets, he gets a prize. That also doesn't work. It's too long. We have a treasure box at home that he gets to pick from on good days. He still has bad days because he can't keep his eye on the prize at the end of the day.

So we're trying a new sticker chart. For every good thing he does, he gets a sticker or multiple stickers depending on how quickly we want him to earn the reward because he's been incredibly defiant and argumentative and now it's to the point where he refuses to even TRY and uses the excuse he's afraid to fail.

So he picks a goal and after he gets 10 stickers, he gets the reward immediately.

This works for K because there are both negative and positive consequences. She has to have both, or she's just a mess.

Smurf that catchup made me hungry   and reminded me to set my alarm so I can be up early to fight over the stove and the mixer with my mom lol
