how to get baby to take her medicine?

my 4 month old is on zantac for her reflux, which is working pretty well...if i can get her to take it. for a while she was doing so well swallowing it, and then we took a trip back to the states (which seems to be the catalyst for quite a few other issues, but i digress) and when we got back it's been close to impossible.
every time i try to give it to her, i'd say 50-90% comes back out. i've tried all the tricks i've ever heard: putting it in the back pocket of her cheeks, blowing in her face, a medicine paci, all sorts of different holds, mixing it with breastmilk, small doses at a time, distracting her and sneaking it in, everything! is there anything else i can try? if she doesn't get it in, she's miserable and pukey all day.
someone please tell me there's some super secret trick to this i've never seen before

Maybe waiting until she's really hungry and giving it to her before you feed her?
I know of the rare occasion I give DD Tylenol for her teeth, I try to wait for her to get just the slightest bit fussy so she'l be more receptive to me putting things that aren't full of milk in her mouth.

Could you have it flavored? Target has alot of flavors to choose from

i'm going to ask the pharmacy if they'll flavor it, i don't have a target. if they could, maybe it would help!

Try having the pharmacy add flavor to it. My daughter was on meds daily from 4wks old up until just a couple weeks ago (she's 23mos. old now) & we always had it flavored w/ grape. She's always taken her medicine like a champ! Not really something to boast about, I know. No one wants their baby taken meds daily but when they have to it helps that they take it well.

My 5 month old is on the same medicine for reflux and has been since 2 months, I know some days when she wont take it if I lay her way back in my arms and squirt it into her cheeks then like sing or talk to her, that helps.

Ask for a medication called Axid. It is Zantac without the alcohol and it tastes a hell of a lot better than zantac. That is what my DD is on and she takes that stuff down like its nobodies business. She loves it.

What helps for me is I lay my son down so hes on his back. I put the meds in his mouth then squeeze his cheeks together so hes making like a fish face. and I blow in his face..

how old? I would not have them flavor it walmart would only do it grape and It made my Lo super sick
