Cant sleep

Really cant sleep this is a ever night thing now am up around 4:30am-7:00 is there anyone out there that cant sleep like me???what can I do  

This is regular for me. We usually don't even go to bed til 4 or later. You could try taking melatonin or tylenol pm.

Ive had that problem lately and i always know within a few hrs of falling asleep at least one of my boys will wake

Oh I keep sitting here thinking I need to go to bed, but I keep reading stuff here. LOL Not tired at all. Is Tylenol PM really ok to take while preggo? I could have sworn my dr said not to take any. Of course, I have snuck a few of my mom's Equate brand maybe a handful of times...meaning, I'll only take one and probably done it half a dozen times over these last seven months...

Dude, if Tylenol PM is okay, then I'm picking some up next payday...

Yes tylenol PM is fine to take. It is just tylenol and benadryl, which are both safe to take during pregnancy. or you could just take benadryl.

Must...wait...til...Thursday...lol Oh wait, I better check and see if it's cool to take with my Cephalexin. *stupid uti*
