help ? tips please anything would be great!

Hey ladies   first off I would like to congratulate every mommy to be  
Second, im in dyer need of some sleep tips!
I'm 14 weeks and can barely get any sleep at all!
All I do is toss and turn and wake up every hour   I'm exhausted and don't know what I can do. I don't have a body pillow yet so that wont be of much help. Any other remedies you girls have found that work please let me know !

I suggest getting a body pillow ASAP. It was my bff. Until then if you have extra pillows or a thick blanket/comforter stick it between your knees. Kind of wrap your body like a body pillow would. I would do that when we weren't sleeping at home

Melatonin

Benadryl too...but before you take anything talk to your OB. Melatonin is secreted in your body naturally but too much can cause complications.

for sure i looked up info on melatonin supplements but it says its not safe to take during pregnancy, maybe with a normal pregnancy it is but im considered high risk so im being extra causeous with everything

why are you considered high risk ? just wondering

I was high risk and my dr told me that it was okay to take Benadryl to help me sleep. I used it quite often because I had terrible insomnia when I was pregnant and still do.

Chamomile honey tea was my best friend

I don't have a body pillow since there's hardly room in my bed, but I wrap the comforter as best I can just under my belly and between my legs. Also, I take me some Tylenol and I have my music. I made a special mix with Yanni, Kenny G, and Boney James. Then again, sometimes my brain just won't shut down so then I put on Ozzy. For some reason Ozzy puts me to sleep, don't know why. LOL Good Luck and get all the sleep you can!

I'm sorry to hear that...Do they know what caused them?
