Usually if it's the pregnancy induced carpal tunnel, it will goes away after you deliver..but lucky me, I'm stuck with regular carpal tunnel.

i have it to were my right hand, arm, and face goes numb and my speech is off. doctor said carpal tunnel and a pinched nerve but said it should go away after delivery. i can be caused by the baby laying or against your back.

That sounds more like a pinched nerve. I've had one before in the past and it would get better when my back was popped, but now that I have issues with carpal tunnel, it's not the same.
