I need help with food

I've decided I'm turning our house's food expenses and meals up side down lol. I'm going to start meal planning to help myself and everyone else in the house stick to a healthy and relatively low carb diet. So what are your healthy dinners and lunches? I'd like to have some things that are easy/quick to make for lunches or when I don't really feel like cooking dinner lol. Low carb and healthy are key.
