It's not going to be easy. There are times I just feel like giving up. I keep going for my kids. For all the special moments I get to share with them. My son is 6 years old now and going into 1st grade. And it's been a tough six years, but I wouldn't trade them for anything. He's my little man and I LOVE him to pieces. How could I give up on him when he never gives up on me? And my daughter. She's just a baby. She needs me. And just one smile from her makes my entire day better. You've gotta do it for you and for your baby. That's what will keep you strong.


Financially, if you have the option, file for Child Support. It will help tremendously even to have a little bit of extra income. Being the only parent and not getting a break will be tough, but you can do it. It's definitely worth it.

i feel completely alone, it feels like it will never get better. but in time i know it will. i just gotta focus on whats right, against what was and has been wrong.

It depends on the day! I just remember on his first birthday celebrating with my mom because we had made it a whole year together. Cherish every moment. Take lots of pictures. And just remember that you don't have to share your baby's love with anyone. You get it ALL. All the smiles, all the laughs, all the snuggles. It's all for you.

Do you have family?

Would it benefit you more to move back to that state to be closer to family? If it would, do it before the baby is born.
