re: moving to MD update

I want to build a house before i'm 30. I have a year and a half left of nursing school , then we are moving to texas. I heard on the news that only in certain areas of the USA houses are super cheap, like 7 states maybe.. in other places it is still the same and even rising. Mostly in southern areas because people want to move south b/c cost of living is cheaper. but all those people moving here is rasing the cost, and lowering it in other places...

Baltimore = great place to live Where at in Baltimore though, since its a huge city, cause some areas do suck.
