Raspberry Ketone

Has anyone tried raspberry ketone? I am pretty interested in getting it! I think I am going to get some on thursday

I had never heard of them until I read about them here.

Yeah I'm still going to try it. And that site says they haven't done studies on humans, but they have and it was very effective lol. I suppose I will just update on how it works for me!

Anyway I just started taking them yesterday so I don't have any results, but DH knows a lot about supplements and all that stuff and he is pretty adamant that they are good.

I THINK he got them from bodybuilding.com but I'm not really sure. They smell good lol. And sometimes my mouth tastes like raspberries, which I don't mind lol

Lol! Yeah I don't think I will mind either  . I'm excited to try it. I have been running a lot and I feel this would help me!

i just read this thread i also heard of the ketones i too bought some online and took one a little while ago. they are called ketone pure and they are 500mg. i was wondering wat exactly is the name of the ones you purchased?i hope the ones i bought work i need to lose 60lbs. had my son 3month ago

As a registered dietitian(RD) and personal trainer, my advise is to stop wasting your money on weight loss pills and other snake oils... trust me, if a miracle product ever really comes to market, the whole world will hear about it.
