Is this a normal first period?

I am having the weirdest period of my life. The bleeding went from pink spotting to a river that took two tampons and a pad in one hour. I was at work today and cried at the drop of a hat at random weird things. I got really shaky and weak and now I'm on the verge of a terrible migraine. Is this a normal first period after a termination?

I never had a termination but did miscarry and they told me anything over a pad an hour I needed to go in and be checked out. Shaky and weak is from the blood loss I'd definitely go to the hospital to get checked out.

Go to the Dr dear, might be a bit of tissue left over or an infection
