My 1st child is 7 months old. And I think Im pregnant again.

HI, well my son just turned 7 months old. Ive been on birth control as soon as I could get on it after he was born. I had my period last month, and this month is hasnt come yet, its a week late! Im worried, because its never been more then a couple of days late.. But is it too soon to be pregnant again? I mean I really wanted to wait until my son was at least a year old before having another. I dont know what to do. Please give me some advice..Thanks

I know several people who accidently got pregnant with a 3 month old so it's definitely not too soon.. your best bet would be a pregnancy test.

It's not to early to be pregnant again by natures terms. There is a lot of woman you get pregnant right after they've just had their babies. Your period could be off because of the birth control though.

How late are you? Did you not take your pills correctly?

of course its not too early to be pregnant, if you've had unprotected sex since your sons birth. What birth control are you on? that might be why you're period is late

I missed my period while on BC, but the BC was too stong for me. Changed BC, and it went back to normal. I had a c-section, and I told not to get pregnant for 18 mos. I'm sure if it was natural that you can have another much earlier.

No it's not to early to be prego again. My daughters are about less than 11 months apart and they are find. I'm also 22 wks preg with my son. So this year i'll have a house hold of three yrsand under.

ITs not too bad i got prego again when my first child was 5 months old i miscarried less than a month later and turned around and got prego about 6 months later. I like having my kids so close in age they love each other so much its cool. I love it it wont be as bad as you think andu may not even be prego again some times bc does that to ppl.

My daughter will be 9 mos. old June 4th and I've already gone to the doctor and let her know we were going to start trying again. I, too had a C-section, and my doc said it was no problem to have another so soon. I wonder why your Dr said that.
