Dr feeling babys head....

When i went to the dr and he was checking my cervix he said he could feel the babys head. So i am wondering... does that mean that i already lost my mucus plug?

I dunno, but my doctor said my baby's head is RIGHT behind my cervix... so maybe? I dunno!   sorry I cannot be more help!

my doc said she could feel matthews head last week and this week. i havent seen what i would think is my mucus plug but i am thinning rather quickly--last week i was 70%effaced 3 cent and this week i am 90%effaced 3cent with him in station0.....some women dont lose thiers till they are like in full labor pushing so who knows...sorry i couldnt be of more help either-but thats a good question!

If he felt the head then I'm pretty sure you lost your plug because its the plug then the head, so yeah.

I dunno know but just make sure it was the head cause my dr told me he could feel the head and i told him it was the butt he didnt belive me till u/s lol.

Hmmm.. That is a good question? I don't really know but my Dr. has been able to feel my baby's head since I was 32 weeks but then again I had gone into pre-term labor so Idk if that makes a difference.
