Im sorry but that is bull hockey. I would talk to a higher up to get them reported because they cant do that.

Out of all the places my child has gone for therapy, we have always been allowed back. They actually suggest going back with her so we know whats going on and learn how to be more involved with what they do. That is not right, talk to the supervisor.

See we cant even see them or hear them. We just sit in a waiting room and if i want to ask them questions its in the waiting room with everyone else no privacy at all. We only get progress reports every 3 months when they reevaluate.

If I couldn't observe I would go in. for the reevaluation that seems like the same to me, but we would see and then discuss what the therapist observed and what I observed. Just not get a progress report. She would ask me some days if this was regular behavior, or her usual ticks etc. They needed us to observe to help evaluate lol.

Today I am lucky enough to have the therapists come to our home for the appointments.

I would 100% change places. That protocol they have does not seem right one bit!
