My surgery is set for tomorrow and I'm pretty sure I won't regret it, but it still feels weird knowing I'm doing something permanent to my body. I'm 1000000% done having kids though even if for some reason I ended up on a different path in life..

My cousin had her done about 5 years ago after her third son She regrets it every single day and it has caused a lot of hormonal issues. I hope that's not the case with you. Good luck!

Wow, I guess I'm not the only one.

I have 1 child and am married. I plan on staying that way however life is not a guarantee and my marriage may collapse. I could not afford more than 1 child on my own. I did not feel comfortable knowing i may bring another into this world and no be able to comfortabley provide for him/her. Sorry, but i feel that wanting does not override providing. So no i do not regret my choice of tubal ligation.

I don't want any more children but I'm still a little sad that the option is completely gone. My main regret is that it has caused hormonal issues, very painful ovulation, and very long (last one was 9 days) heavy periods. It wasn't worth all that IMO.

My kids are really far apart 9,5 and 6 weeks. We honestly didn't intend to have more (but of course we're happy we did) I guess I feel like I already got my 'last chance' baby. Also, I hated my IUD and I'm not responsible enough for timed birth controls.
