You don't have that choice at 15. That law is designed to protect children from predators like your boyfriend.

Are you not goping to put him on the birth certificate until the babies older or something because once you do that with or without your parents consent you are only 15 and yall were having sex at 14 (who knows maybe even younger) and the state won't give 2 smurfs if your parents give you consent or not its against the law and considered sagitory (sp?) rape! Trust me I know someone who went thru it and the guy got jail time even with the parents consent...

HAHAHAHA!!!!!!! my boyfriend turned 18 three months ago he aint no predator.. plus he's here for me, my family and our baby when she comes so thats all that counts.. No ones gunna change how I feel for him   plus I dont need your judgmental opinions.. now Im gunna be the bigger person and end this conversation

Haha hunny once you put your boyfriend down on the B.C. he will become an offender and get jail time because you are still a child according to the state and he is now an adult   good luck though and more power to yha to believe what you want and hope it all works out for yha lol

Haha yeah I was talking to the OP I kind of just skimmed thru and laughed bc these girls are clueless and I dont even know why they were having sex in the first place with somebody so much older... It kinda grosses me out lol im almost 19 (in 11 days) and my boyfriend is 25 and he feels weird sometimes and im at least legal lmao but at least we're older and know more of what we want in life...i just think the age difference for them is a tad ridiculous but who am I to judge lol

OP, it would be a wise choice to maybe get married before the baby comes because there is a great chance that he will get introuble at the hospital if he goes..and especially if he signs the birth certificate, since they run all of that at the hospital and give you copies.

You are in a very scary situation even if your parents consent because anyone can make a phone call to CPS and that would be horrible! Since you are a minor, your parents would get into serious trouble, and maybe even get jail time! And the baby might even get taken from you.. there are states where you don't have to be 16 and do not have to reside in that state to get married there..maybe look into that..like I mentioned earlier on, I got married in missouri, same day, just needed my mother to sign and got our marriage license right then. If your parents do consent as they say they do, then all of you should come up with a game plan and look into the laws and take them seriously...

And as for the women on here talking about rapists, pedophiles or whatever the smurf, who gives a smurf? Older men sleep with younger women BUT older women do the same damn thing...people have different situations and it doesn't mean they are all of these names you try and catogorize them under... but you are entitled to your opinion, just like the rest of us

And those older woman would be predators too. And yes, you are all catagorized uner the same thing, because you are all minors sleeping with much older men. Idgaf if youre married now, that doesn't take back the fact that you're "husband" was like 23 when he knocked you up at like, 14. What is wrong with him, and where are his parents? Like smurf. It's kids like you and men like your husband that scare me for my daugter's future.
