Wow you look amazing! Do you have a specific diet you eat? I'm hoping I'll be able to job again after I go back to my gastric doctor and see why any exercise feels like I drank a gallon of water and jumped on a trampoline.
i've just been trying to keep junk to a minimal, i lost almost 30 lbs mostly from watching my portion sizes and doing some floor exercises..now my weight isn't much less but i feel i look more in shape..i downloaded an app on my phone called iCardio, it tracks how far you go...i sprint, so i jog some and power walk some...i started out at 3 miles with 6 different sprints in them and i've worked up to 5-6 miles with several sprints...i don't use dinner plates, i don't go back for seconds, but i eat mostly healthy stuff but still have some junk food...it's mostly focus on monderation...i also do light 5 lb weights for my arms a few days a week and some core floor exercises a few days a week
