Diaper rash suggestions?

Anyone have any suggestions to clear up a diaper rash? DD is 14 months old & has her very first one   She had diarrhea yesterday so I think it's from the constant wiping allllll day. I feel so bad for her ! I sent DH to the store at midnight to pick up some corn starch, & prior to that I was using Desitin .. I've been letting her walk around without a diaper hoping to air it out a little bit :/ Anything else anyone has used that worked well?? Thanks  

Triple antibiotic ointment works wonders. I used that when my boys got a bad rash

Resinol. At Walmart you have to get it from the pharmacist behind the counter. It's like $8 for a little tub but it's worth it. 

A&D works better IMO. On a completely dry area. Make sure to air dry or fan dry with a clean diaper before applying it.

Thank you ladies  ! i'll probably run to the store & get one of each .. I'm desperate for something to really help her. I'm not really impressed by Desitin in the slightest bit

i use this one because my baby always has diareah or ppoops really soft an alot soo i wipe alot , an use that an it helps wonderfull

nothing works on my little girl exscept aveeno oatmeal bath for babies.
two bathes in some room temp water and it's all gone. and i like a&d ointment(works for me, but not so much on her lol, her butt is picky.)
