I am there with you! I am only 8 weeks though, but my previous pregnancy I never had the trouble with the acne like I do now...

I am trying the clearasil "zap zit" (I can't think of the name sorry) but it is clearasil and in a silver tube like thing.

it does okay, it does dry it out... but still having trouble.

I used Aveno Cleansing Bar. It helped. I broke out too when I was pregnant! It made me mad because I never got pimples really.

WEll I always used Proactiv even though I never had bad skin before getting pregnant. And my doc said it was safe to use throughout the pregnancy. So I rarely ever get pimples.

Yeah I hear ya!! or read ya hehe
I wash my face with Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash, then I wipe it with 50/50 mix of Witch Hazel and Rubbing alcohol, and finish off with Aveeno Clear Complexion Correcting Treatment. And once a week I add some coarse sugar or salt to the face wash to slough off the dead skin.
It took me 2 years trying different combination to figure out that this routine works for me. And so far it is THE only thing that helps. I still have a break out or two, but it's not severe and heals quickly.

I used to do that when I was a teenager!
But by husband couldn't stop laughing the time I did that with my first pregnancy, needless to say, I never did it again lol
