Caps lock+Smeagol speak. But that sounds about normal as far as the one month old consumption. I breast fed, and didn't really keep track at all, but all the baby books I've read suggested that amount.

i wish i could breast feed my breast milk id drying up i only pump 1 onuce every 2 -3 hrs
