Low carb...

Well I have been trying to eat low carb for 2 weeks now and I have only cheated once at Chick Fil A ;) I have been eating a ton of veggies, stir fry, beans, brown rice on occasion, fruits and yogurt. I have lost 4lbs already. I have not been doing any exercising because I am too lazy.

Anyone have any low carb meal ideas or meals they like to eat? I am getting sick of stir fry and fruit.

Yum..Bangin' grilled shrimp skewers. Low carb and yummy.

I've been doing low carb, but no beans, no rice, and have only had yogurt once, (which made me stall).
I lost 7 pounds in the last 5 days by doing it!

Check out South Beach Diet phase 1 recipes. Their vegetarian chili is to die for.
