Well I have been trying to eat low carb for 2 weeks now and I have only cheated once at Chick Fil A ;) I have been eating a ton of veggies, stir fry, beans, brown rice on occasion, fruits and yogurt. I have lost 4lbs already. I have not been doing any exercising because I am too lazy.
Anyone have any low carb meal ideas or meals they like to eat? I am getting sick of stir fry and fruit.
