Oh there is no doubt he needs help. I would want to hit him too, but you have to remove yourself from the situation to avoid that. The only thing hitting him would do, would be taking me away from my kid while I spent the night in jail.
I would press charges against him and the daycare.

When I was working at the daycare that I just left there was a girl I was friends with until she came up to me and asked if I could change the little black boy because she didn't want to have to touch his penis.
The little white boys were fine but she didn't want to touch the black kid.  
I was disgusted. And that's what caused the fight that ended with me leaving the center and taking my children with me

All my friends are in another state.   I actually have a friend who is a nanny and I would LOVE for her to take on my kids because she is great, cpr trained, and first aid. She also took CNA courses. But like I said she lives in another state. SO and I are working on moving back home soon but it will take at least another year or so.

Right!?! I asked her about that too and was like you shouldn't even be worrying about his penis. Just wipe the poop and put a new diaper on him. You're turning this into a sexual type of thing when it shouldn't be.
She got all offended and was like I just don't want to touch that nasty thing. It's so big.  
Things went downhill really fast after that...

Yes definitely, i think the only thing that would keep me from hitting him is hes a child, if it were an adult... idk i've never been in that situation and hope i never am...

I hope not either. I tend to become irrational when it comes to the protecting of my loved ones, especially my child.

Me too! i don't know 100% how i would react but it most definitely wouldn't be good for whoever thinks they are going to harm my child

Omg did she really say his penis was big?! Wth? Ppl like that should not work with the public esp children God I hope her future children marry blk men. But it breaks my heart she viewed that child as nasty I think I would loose it if someone treated my.baby like trash bc of her race.that woman is trash and so is anyone who thinks there better than someone bc there skin color!
