Low muscle tone/2 year old

Yesterday Aurora's speech therapists made a comment about something I had already recognized, but she said that Aurora seems to have low muscle tone. And it's... a recent change. When she's laying on her back, she has trouble getting up. She used to not have any issues with that. Is it just a phase? Along with the "seizure like activity" she's been having since 3 months, AND the extreme clumsiness, is that an issue?? By clumsy, I know that toddlers are clumsy. But she's falling over all the time. She's mastered walking and running (up hills, down hills, can climb stairs by herself without falling), and it's always much, much worse when she's tired, obviously.

She'll fall over, and she's bruised her head numerous times. She just seems to trip over thin air. Nothing makes her fall. She could be walking, or seriously just standing there, and next thing we know she's on the floor getting back up. When she starts getting tired, especially around other people/kids, we have to leave, pretty much immediately. She starts zoning out, and she'll just unfocus on things, start falling over, hurting herself, and she really becomes a danger to herself
