All of this. Also, child support payments that are ordered will accumulate and be owed to you later when he gets a job. Even if he can't pay now there is nothing wrong with getting an order in place.

CSA don't do anything. They said for us to process a claim he has to be working.

Jus dont say anything to him if she wanted him to kno she would have told him herself, but there may be a reason why she dnt wnt to say anything to him so just let it be he will figure out soon enough. Also get him for child support if he dnt get a job he will lose his license and go to jail.
