water break???

Ok sorry for the tmi in advance. Anyways I was asleep and woke up and went pee. I came and got back in bed and as I was getting comfortable I just felt this weird feeling and reached down and touched my panties and they were wet. So I went back to the bath room and my vagina was REALLY wet. I had a spot that covered the whole crotch of my panties that was wet. So I was wondering if my water just broke or if it was just general wetness? How much fluid was it when your water broke? I went to the doc today and I have a yeast infection because of raking antibiotics for the strep thing but I KNOW that's not what it is! Thanks everyone.

When my water broke my underwear and pajamas were soaking wet.

When mine broke, there was tons of water, lots of gushes.

This!   gushing like crazy if it is your water it will keep coming.

I was wearing a pad so you could barely see that my pants were wet, also I was having contractions already but I could handle them. After my water broke I felt like dying that's how bad they were

It doesn't sound like your water broke. If it broke you would definitely know!

my water gushed, but you might be leaking fluid. if you are worried go and get it checked out. the worst that will happen is they will send you home if it is not broke. my motto when i was pregnant..."When in doubt get checked out." that way i didn't have to worry and i knew everything was fine.

Ive heard a lot of resources claim that if your water breaks while your standing the baby's head will act as a cork and will block the water from leaking.... Well, my water broke while I was standing and it was like a water hose for at least the next 30 minutes when I reached my labor and delivery room at the hospital. It just happened at I was a little shocked but actually found it funny! It just kept draining out! With my 2nd child I was induced so they broke my water in the hospital bed and it just felt like I was peeing myself but didnt last as long as it did with my 1st child.

lol mine broke in the way back from the hospital, they told me to not come back until my water broke, well that took less that 20 min
