Mirena cramping and bleeding?

I had it placed 2 weeks ago and I'm still cramping and it's like i'm never going to stop bleeding. Is it normal? Do you ladies even like this thing?

I cramped and bled for about a month and a half. Since it stopped I haven't had a period in almost 6 months. Just a little spotting every now and then.

I bled for 6 months and had pain the entire time. I had it for 10 mont and hattteeeddd it.

When I got Mirena I had cramps from hell with no bleeding that lasted what seems like months. I hated that thing.

When i had Mirena i cramped and i bled for 4 months until i got that evil thing taken out

I had my Mirena for over two years, and liked it. I'd probably get it again (though perhaps I may try the non-hormonal one next time). The first 2-3 months I had some cramping and heavy bleeding. It was annoying and even awful at times. But after that, I had minimal bleeding (just spotting every few months), some cramping around the time I usually got my period each month, maybe a little bloating, and an increase in discharge.
