hair dye

I am needing to dye my hair but my wedding is coming up (October 13) and I plan on going to get it professionally done Sept 28/29 time frame.

However. i need something NOW. i have grays and its all different colors.. dark roots, light redish orangish brown on bottom... what color should i dye it? or should i just leave it be til i get it professionally done?

its more noticeable in person.. like dark dark brown at my roots til about 4 inches down then a lighter brown with red and orange in it.. and then my grays at my roots :\

help??!

I'd keep it dark...maybe a dark chesnut color?

I'd wait. It's just over a month away and you don't want to fry your hair before your wedding.
Now, completely unrelated but YOU have grey hair? You look 20 (not a bad thing)

i just turned 22 and i have HORRIBLE grey hair. its hereditary.. my sister is only 17 and has it worse than me.. my dad was almost completely gray and balding at age 25 :|

and im stressed out over this wedding.

and about frying... i dont use any products in my hair and i never straighten or curl my hair.. do you think it would effect it? i just have big events coming up! lol

I was going to say.. you look damn good to be old enough to have grey hair! Ad I'm not 100% sure if it will fry your hair, if you don't manipulate it often and if you haven't dyed it in a while it might be okay. Boxed dye is just really horrible for your hair   I used to do mine all the time but haven't in a few years because I got horrible split ends and it turned really brittle.
You could get temporary dye instead of permanent.. probably a lot better for your hair.

well i have been dying my hair every 6 mos since i was 8 (i had lice so that was my moms solution) however its HEALTHY. i have only fryed it once. trying to bleach it. so i just let it grow out and cut it all off.

so now im debating.. i just dont want it to effect the prof color. (if i can afford it..) because my hair bleeds bad and doesnt hold color very well anymore :/ it just turns the same weird color
