How far along are you?
Try drinking some water and laying on your left side for half an hour. I got the shakes bad when I was 7 months pregnant, my OB said it was either my blood pressure or my blood sugar, so I just started carrying candies around and taking more frequent breaks.

Just make sure you also lay down. But call your doctor to let her know, and she might also want to run a test for gestational diabetes.

3 months is a little young for the shakes, IMO.

eat, drink, relax... and if its still happening after that then call your doctor
