You don't drop this case ever! You drag his ass out! You file for sole custody asap, you show that picture and the reports to everyone on your case. Every Judge every damn person you have to go through! You follow your states laws on recording evidence, and you make a police report every damn time he pulls something! Have you been to your domestic abuse shelter? They will often have resources for you to use. And no matter what you do not violate your own protective order for nothing. NOTHING! Because that makes it look like you trust him and he isn't as much a danger as he is! Please don't do like so many do, and just sit back and wait for it to resolve itself, you protect your baby and yourself, and you let the courts hear your mama bear roar and roar smurfing loud!
