Pink Eye.....?

OK so my cat sleeps ON our pillows. Im allergic to her but only if i pet her then touch anywhere on myself. Anyway, I woke up with both eyes red. Just red. I put allergy eye drops in them and it went away. But as i was driving to school they started to ache and be sensitive. They been like this all day. BUt still no red or anything else. Should di be concerned?

I would get them checked out. I had an eye infection and my eyes weren't red, but hurt a lot. The watered a lot too. It wasn't pleasant.

I'd be careful of 'allergy eye drops' they seem to be causing issues for me with my eyes....
