position??

does anyone have a picture or a link to where i can see the difference in the positions like -2, -1, 0, +1, +2.....and what not..cause my doc said that this past week my baby's head went from -2 to 0 and i know thats a progression but a picture would help me understand more!

lol--she was like "oh your poor bladder---hes right there on top of it. his head is sooo close"..she said since im almost entirely thinned that she could totally feel his head but i didnt dialate any more??

I just found this - I'm 70% and he's pushing against my cervix so I guess that's about a 0 station too?

well i dont know what station pushes against your cervix cause last week matthew was pushing but i was at a station -2.......this is the picture i was looking for though-i tried looking and couldnt find it so thank you! do you know what you are dialated?
