I have a whole pork tenderloin...

What spices go good with pork? How do you cook this?

I think I've made this once before, but I didnt put spices on it and I only cooked for like 1 hour at 350 degrees. It was pretty tough   lol. I need help!

how big is it? I usually soak mine in a marinade for several hours and then cook it at 300 for a while.

Its only 1lb.

What type of marinade? I only have a few different sauces and spices, I suck with spicing dishes.

I always cook mine 8-10 hours on low in a crock pot. I put about a tbsp of honey over it, a can of whole cranberry sauce and a pinch of cloves. I serve it with mashed potatoes and a veggie.

olive oil, white wine or apple juice, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt n pepper. I cook it with sliced apples and onions in the pan, too.

I'd marinade it in some juice, oil, garlic if you like it sweet, if you don't I'd make a dry rub with garlic powder, paprika, onion salt and whatever else you have laying around. Lay it on thick, cook at 400 for 30 min or so than drop the temp to 250 for a few hours until tender. It always makes a tender pork roast for me. Just check the internal temp before serving. Pork needs to be 170 I think but it takes a while to get there at such a low temp. Worth it though!!
