strech and sweep

im booked in to have a strech and sweep tomorrow im 38 weeks and was just wondering what people expercise of them are as i never had one with my daughter and have heard mixed things.

they did mine once a week for three weeks and then it worked for me but i was aleady in labor and didnt know it lol

oh really they said to me i might have to have another one yet but i have to say wasnt as bad as i though of corse it was uncomforable and hurt abit but not as bad as some people told me it would be.
