Just a quetion...

I am not a teen but I didnt know where to put this lol...
I am in my first trimester...Should I not drink soda? Like at all or is it ok to drink some? I am so worried of miscarying...

Just limit your caffeine intake... your even allowed as much caffeine as whats in 2 cups of coffee... you'll be ok its mostly the high sugar content that isnt good for you anyway, oh! and stop listening to whoever the hell told you that you"ll miscarry drinking soda and you"ll be good to go! 

I drank coke throught out my whole pregnancy and he was a healthy chunk one when he was born but now that I think about it I did have him a month early...but I doubt it was because of the soda

I didnt drink any soda my first trimester. Since my 2nd began, i've drank 2 bottles of soda, but i think its safe to drink, if you dont drink a whole lot

soda is fine, I am always drinking sprite root beer, pepsi, lol
I would say one can a day is fine. Too much caffeine can increae the risk of miscarriage, but don't stress out about it!

I'm drinking a cherry pepsi right now. Yummmmm. Soda is OK, they just don't want you to drink too much because its full of sugar.

You can drink soda- not a lot, obviously if you drink 4 cans or bottles of Mountain Dew a day, it's not good, but having the occasional soda is fine. (Just be sure not to have too much caffeine)

No I am actually 3 weeks...I havent messed with that ticker thing...I dont know how to. I just found out 3 days ago that I was preggo. Thats why I am so worried about everything.

i only have one child as well. i just drank sodas that didn't have caffene. ie: dr pepper & fanta.
