CS issues really pissing me off

Okay I have an interstate case. Every time I call Florida Child Support Enforcement ( My side) they have no answers from New York ( His side). So I called New York, and they won't talk to me. They told me to call the court house in New York. So I did, and they have no info. He's not paying his support. And no one can answer me, as to what they are going to do next with the case.

I live in NY and have dealt with the CS. Its a pain right in the ass. The Support Collection Unit should be able to tell you things. When my ex was in the military and I was waiting FOREVER for my support I called and they gave me all the required info

They won't tell me anything, because I live in florida
