Yeah, that is true. But if you look at her profile she simply states that she stalks TDC. That's all she's here for.

First, how do I know about TDC? A couple years ago a friend on another board (a mother) posted about some drama over here and told us all to check it out, so I did. It was in TDC and so I read a few others. I liked the fact that the people that managed the site realized that drama happens and made a place for it rather than just kicking and banning people involved.

As to why I don't have kids, my husband and I were TTC for several years. Turns out I have defective tubes. After I was diagnosed I found out my insurance doesn't cover fertility procedures, so I can't exactly afford IVF out of pocket so TTC kind of got put on hold, and now I am getting to old (I am in my mid thirties) I do have 8 nephews and five nieces, so I spend a lot of time with kids, and a am a former daycare teacher, so I have a little experience with them.

I only posted because I recognized the blurring as a product of photoshop, not zoom. I thought I would share my thoughts. Sorry to bother you. I will go back to lurking if you like.

I'm here with no children too  

If I were to TTC right now, I'd be the next "noob" that people bash on here.   So yeah, I'm not either.

And I do read some of the other forums. I just like to see fakers get their comuppance, and that is why I am a fan of TDC.

But to outwardly admit that you're only here to soak up the drama, it's just weird in my opinion. If you posted other places as well, it would be different. But you said you're only here for TDC.

Well since I only made an account yesterday I really have not had the chance to poat anywhere else, but I probably will. I have gotten some good recipes and learned how to make a better baby tutu from here. I don't exclusively lurk in TDC, I lurk in several of the "everything else" forums, and if someone refers to something in another forum, I might go look there.

I only made an account because I wanted to reply to this one post where I happened to see how it was done. Sorry if that offends you all. I guess I could have popped in and lied but figured honesty was the better policy. Besides, I am pretty that I couldn't pull off being a 14 year old 7 weeks pregnant with septuplets that I pland to name Sleepy, Happy, Grumpy, Sneezy, Bashfull, Doc, and Steve.

I just don't think people w/ no children & no intentions of having children should be on here... It's smurfing weird.

They'd probably scold me because I'm a 17-year-old kid with an out-of-control anxiety problem and increasingly influential (thought it was mild, but maybe not) Aspergers syndrome, no permit let alone a driver's license, financially dependent on mother and grandmother, and says random smurf like, "I like skittles" or "Are you a marshmallow"...and quite obviously not ready for raising a child xD but hypothetically decided to ttc anyways. I definitely can see how that wouldn't flow too well if I announced I was TTC with all of this background smurf lol

Plus, it seemed like some women on here (definitely not all, but some) are kind of hard on teenage or particularly young parents, especially when they state that they wish/are trying to get pregnant. =/
But if it's just me with this...then it's mainly what I typed in my first paragraph as to why I could get bashed.

oh I see... I don't see as many people getting bashed when they are 18+ I guess cos you're a legal adult then... but it depends. It really depends from thread to thread

Sounds like you are pretty smart to me. I get anxiety attacks too. I know how much hell that can be (and my older sister and one niece have Aspergers, so I kind of know how that goes, too). It is hard to find any happy medium, isn't it.

Well, I will butt my way out now, just wanted to let you know that what OP did was probably a photoshop creation meant to keep you from finding the source pic on a google search.
