My appointment is at 9 am tomorrow morning. I am so terrified. I keep seconding guessing myself. I know I'm not ready for another child, but I don't know if I will be able to go through with this.

it's a hard decision to make, but it's one only you can make for yourself. usually, they have a counselor there to talk to as part of the appointment that may help. i can tell my own story and tell how i felt then and feel now, but it's just my own account. maybe you won't feel the same, or maybe you will. not much else i can say really, but i hope everything goes well for you. just be confident in whatever decision you make, and though it may not mean you'll never wonder, just know that it was the best decision you could make at the time, whatever that maybe. good luck to you.

As for adoption, I've considered every option and this is what I feel is the best for me.

If you KNOW you aren't ready,then don't let your emotions sway you.Go with your head,and think about how struggling(whether physically,emotionally or financially) to raise another kid will effect the child you already have.
