re: senior year...pregnant...

I completed my senior year a little over a year ago. Senior year people really don't care what you wear, they just want out of there. I was a freshmen in college when I got pregnant and the entire time I was there I went with sweats and baggy shirts. Believe it or not, the pregnancy will make it cute, just get some cute sweats Keep your head up girl. You only need to spend a year with these people so who cares what they think.... And trust me, you'll be thankful for the comfiness the farther along you get.

I can understand not wanting to be uncomfortable. Are there any thrift-stores in your area? Depending on the neighborhoods closest around them(in my experience) you can find cute clothes, even name-brand,unworn stuff for a lot less.
Most of my clothes and my niece's baby-clothes come from the better second-hand shops.

People will talk...but you will only be a subject for about a week. Dont let them bother you...what you need to do now is stop focusing on what others think and think about walking across that stage!

I'm 27 weeks as of today and will be a senior this year, and starting a new school! (: though it was my decision to switch schools (I will be able yo graduate earlier without having to go to the alternative school) it still is going to be hard! BUT, as for having fun your senior year, you still can! Maybe not in the way that other teenagers will be (drinking, partying etc.) But life can still be fun without any of that! You did take the risk of losing a normal childhood when you had sex, I'm sorry to say. But now it's time to own up to it, because it is no longer just about you and what you want, it's about your baby! As for clothes, yoga pants, dresses and soffe shorts have been my best friends!

I just graduated high school this year, and there were about 5 pregnant girls this year.
Those girls wore their normal clothes as long as they could, then switched to sweat pants and yoga pants every day. No one looked down on them, and they actually had a lot of friends. And I honestly don't recall anyone saying anything bad about them. As I read in a comment above, seniors honestly stop giving a smurf a few weeks into the year. All the seniors in my class wore sweats and yoga pants, had their hair in a pony tail. We did our work and that was that. We just wanted to graduate and get out of there.
Good luck to you, I'm sure you will be fine.(:

I don't know how big your high school is... but when I was a junior, one of the senior girls got pregnant. She stayed in school and graduated.. She had her baby 2 weeks after graduating! She mainly just wore some low-rise jeans, baggy t-shirts, and the occasional sweat pants. Everybody thought that her belly was cute!
And even though you shouldn't care what people think, it's hard not to. Just tell yourself everyday that you're beautiful and that you're staying in school for you and your baby! Keep your head up high! Maybe even write a little upbeat note and stick it to your mirror and another one inside you locker or notebook.

Thats how the seniors at my school were, i think the first couple days people got ready then we wore sweatpants and yoga pants and t-shirts and hoodies all year with our hair on top our heads. We didnt give a smurf, all we cared about was getting the hell outta there and having fun while we were there, we did our work and most of us checked out after our last core class.

I had a pregnant belly in my 11th grade year which was last year. I had more people supporting me then hating me. Being a pregnant teenager isnt the best choice in life but atleast your showing an effort on finishing school, and having an education. It's not that people will look at you as a slut or anything they will just despise the fact you got pregnant so young. As for clothes wear whatever the hell you want (: people will look at your baby bump and think its cute! Well thats what they did to me anyway.

you're worried people are going to judge you? it's not like you're the first pregnant teen. just tell everyone to stfu
as for clothes...just buy tops a few sizes bigger, especially tops that have ties and things like that so it accentuates your belly. don't hide it! if you worry about what people are going to think, you're not going to enjoy anything about being pregnant. it's great! just wait until you feel your baby kick for the first time. it will bring tears to your eyes.
and your child is the only thing that will matter when it's born. not the people who made rude comments towards you
