we were both in the beginnings of divorce. His wife had been cheating on him for years and he finally got sick of it. my husband had been gambling all of our money away without telling me so that I could barely feed our kids (we had to eat alot of ramen noodles) and we were being evicted from our home. I had been contemplating divorce for several years as it was but i hated myself and didn't think i deserved better. So its not like either of us ruined a marriage.

I knew we had something special the first day we started talking (we met on an online dating site) but I definitely knew I was head over heels in love with him the moment I saw him and kissed him in the airport the first time I flew out to meet him

We were best friends, it was definitely before we were even together that we were in love. Stayed together every night (same bed) never put a hand on one another, then one day I just said are we going to be together or what? He looked at me all confused and said why not lol. We got married a year and a half later, I wouldn't change it for anything

Sounds exactly like us. I knew there was something about my DF the day we started talking. We went through a lot of ups and downs individually in the 6 months we were talking and texting, but we were a great support for each other and made it through some things couples who have been together for years have never faced. The moment I saw him when he picked me up at the airport, I knew I had made the right decision in uprooting my whole life and moving to be with him. The first time I held him, I knew I'd never let him go. He asked me to marry him last month...and even though I've been married before and it was horrible and I said I'd never get married again...it felt so right to lay in his arms, look into his eyes, and say "Yes". And it will feel even more right when our little girl walks me down the aisle to her daddy.

I knew I was head over heels in love with him after like 2 weeks. But I didn't tell him that for like 7 months though

Aw! Congrats! We just got married in June   I was always iffy about online dating but I'm so glad I went for it because I met the most amazing man and married him! We also went through things most couples don't ever have to go through, being in a long distance is very hard and takes a lot of trust, honesty and respect from both sides. It's probably what has made us such a strong couple. I flew out to meet him about a month and a half after we "met" online and then I continued to fly out about 5 times in the year after that and then me and my parents made the drive from WI to CA in February to move me and LO out here and it's been amazing ever since!

I don't remember... I know he said it really early, like, not even a week   Um, I think around three months, when the newness wore off and I can't explain it... I just fell in love.
