early miscarriage question

What does it look/feel like?

Like, 5 or 6 weeks or so?

Both of mine were between 6-7 weeks, I had horrible horrible cramps, and a ton of blood. I also passed tissue, some white and some that was dark red.

With my 3rd m/c I was 6 weeks along. I had some light cramping, and some heavier bleeding a day or two after the cramping started.

My 5w miscarriage was like a heavy period.

My 6w miscarriage we hell. Incredibly painful and involved passing pretty gnarly clots.

I had my first miscarriage at 5 weeks 1 day. I went to the bathroom and was bleeding heavily with clots. I cramped all the way to the ER(45 minutes away since we were military and couldnt go to the off base ER unless we were dying) and by the time I got there, was just covered in blood. It was heavy enough to go down my legs and I had to clean up with a wash rag before leaving the hospital. It was only like that for the first few hours but after that it was just like a heavy period that last for 6 days. So basically, it was just like having a normal period for me.

The miscarriage that I had a 5 1/2 weeks I had just a few mild contractions and then passed the sac with some blood and it was over. I didn't start really bleeding until a few days later because I had been on progesterone supplements but when it did start it was no worse than a period.

I've had two right around 6 weeks. One was extremely heavy with massive clots. I was bleeding through my pads and my pants. The other one was just like a heavy period. Both of them were painless. My 11 week miscarriage was extremely painful, though.

all i remember was bleeding for 3 weeks... 2 weeks of dark brown discharge with no pain... my last week consisted of red blood. on my final day, i started having contraction like pains with clots.. my bloody seemed to have been watered down making it a verly light red.. normaly period blood is of a darker more bold colour. i remember walking and feeling a very larg clot pass, in shock i went to check my pad, and there was a fetus lay on my pad, the fetus was in tact and was only half seen due to a huge blood clot attached it. for some reason after my pain had died down.... emotionaly i felt a sigh of relife that i finally knew what the out come of my pregnancy would be after weeks of not knowing and yet at the same time wished, prayed and begged for my baby to back in my womb. i broke down in tears and was a mess! however all you can do is pick urself back up and carrie on as normal... i had no choice to, it was my sons birthday 3 days later and i had to make it special for him.

I just had miscarrge and mine was very painful but I am no stranger to pain . I was to be around 9 or 10 weeks but on Tuesday morning i was on the phone with a friend and noticed I was bleeding. went to the ER. The ultra sound showed the baby stopped growing after 7 weeks and had no heart beat. told me i was having a misscarrage and sent me home. I had horrible cramps to the point i couldn't sleep eat nothing. 2 am Thursday am he took be back to the ER cause i was bleeding so heavy. As soon as we got there the bleeding slowed down and they sent me home again. Thrisday at about 10 am i started bleeding heavy again and didn't tell anyone I fingered it was a repeat of 2 am and went to my moms old house to get some stuff before my dr apt and the bleeding got worse not better.left for dr apt early and they took me to the er and then admitted me last night I had a D/C and the bleeding is light now and no pain other then my heart and they cant fix that. this is the 2nd D/C I have had to have with my 4 Miscarrages. each one has been more painful both psychically and mentally.

At 5 weeks - it was just like a heavier period. I woke up with horrible cramps & knew what was happening. There was some clots but no discernable fetal tissue.

At 6.5 weeks it was very painful - like I was being ripped from the inside. I could actually could see the fetus, too.
