Natural remedies for cold?

I am 22 weeks and I have some type of cold going on I think.. My head is heavy, I feel congested, slight fevers, and body aches. Is there anything natural I can take for this that is safe?

You can eat hot soup. Take a hot shower or sit in the steam. Boil a pot o water and breathe the steam. You can use netipot (my fave).
