Top of stomach pains!!

Im pregnant with my first!! Little Boy Bentlee ) Last night I had the worst feeling in the top of my stomach right under my breast. This is the second time its happened within a month. About 10'o clock i laid down and it went away but i woke up again bout 12, it didnt stop til 4 this morning and it was horrible. It lead to me vomiting twice. I read up that when labor starts it in the bottom of your stomach and feels like unbearable cramps so i kinda leaned toward it not being labor. I dont know if it the baby laying on my stomach causing me to get sick or what but i need some info!!!

I've been having the same pains. Hopefully someone can answer what this is. If not I have an appt Tuesday and i'll ask my Dr.
