Breast feeding

Okay. I read somewhere on here but can't find it. There was something I could take to increase my supply. It was not mothers milk tea or fenugreek or oatmeal. Lol I'm sorry I have just been struggling with my supply for so long and now that I started a new job it's even harder. So he is supplemented ( I have no choice at this point so please don't tell me to stop) but I refuse to stop nursing. I need help
