Toddler hurt infant

My son is 7 weeks old and my 3 year old is still in her jealous "phase". I don't even know if it is a phase, it better be.

Well she decided about 15 minutes ago to full on head butt him in the side of the head. He cried immediately and for about a minute. Then he stopped and went on as usual.

It's hard to tell if he is acting "normal" because he's so small and all they do is sleep, eat and cry. I checked his eyes as best as I could and shined a light in them. They did go small when I put the light in them.

The only thing that worried me is he spit up (it was curdled formula) about 3 minutes later. It was not vomit but still.

Should I call his pediatrician or keep an eye on him?

i would just keep an eye on him dont be to worried their heads are very tough

This happened to me except my 6 yr old forgot the baby was on my bed and threw himself on him. The Ped said just to see if he cried more or was acting strange. Its definitely harder to tell. Call if itll ease your mind.

But her head is SO BIG and his so small  

It's very upsetting and worrying to me. She knows how mad I am. I took all of her toys away and she won't be going outside today.

I'm just nervous for him though.

My 3 year old did the same when Harper was a few weeks old and she was fine. If it makes you feel better than call your pedi's office but more than likely he is fine. These kids can be so mean with jealous sometimes  

My son was 22 months when I had my daughter and 32 months when she came home. I bought a baby play yard and put around her bouncer or where ever I had her cus he would hit kick bite etc.. he was always punished but it didn't stop him. He still had his loving.missive momenta but if I wasn't right there I kept them seperate for the first 6 months

I can't keep them alone either. She is constantly trying to hurt him in some way. She has never hurt him though, until today. I never heard him cry from her and it bothers me so much.
