Well I'm sure hoping I won't have 13 miscarriages....... Congrats to your aunt though. That must have been a struggle.

I'm not sure but have you talked to your doctor about possible you having a negative blood type. I know there is a shot that helps if you are negative and that can keep you going. My friends first pregnancy ended with a MC she found out she was negative they gave her a shot and she had 3 heathly pregnancies after that.

Also at the hospital we found out my daughter has a negative blood type they said when she was ready to have kids she would need a shot.

My friend had 9 m/cs and now she has 2 healthy little girls. I've had one and now got a healthy baby boy. I really hope that all goes well for you, chin up huni and fingers crossed xXx

i had a miscarriage about 3 months before i got pregnant with my daughter, riley. she was born dec 09 and was very healthy... i was a high risk pregnancy and had several complications and was put on bed rest for some of that pregnancy. but all in all everything went well.
since i had my daughter ive had 2 miscarriages and i am now 23 weeks pregnant with a boy. i am still high risk due to my previous history with miscarriage, but i am not on bed rest this time. we are just monitoring things and making sure all is well. and so far so good, my son has a nice strong heartbeat  
i do know that i have a bicurate (heart shaped) uterus and that can sometimes be a cause for miscarriage because the shape does not provide prime conditions for carrying a child to term. both my daughter and now my son enjoy spending time cradled right on top of my cervix and it proves to be VERY uncomfortable.
miscarriages are surprisingly common. ive done a lot of research on it and spoken to several drs. there really is no prognosis or "reason" when a woman miscarries. the best they can do is guess as to why a miscarriage occurs. MANY women that do not have a condition that can increase their odds of miscarrying go on to have normal pregnancies and may never miscarry again regardless of the amount of times they get pregnant.
i know its upsetting and painful, but please find consolation in the fact that this effects many women. the best thing to do is take your time to deal with the loss and recooperate; mentally, emotionally and physically; before you try again.

Yah I am rh-. You get a shot after you miscarry, after you have a child or anytime you bleed.

ive had 3 miscarriages and a still birth a healthy baby and 1 on the way they think i was havin miscarriages because of my blood clotting disored (factor 2) causing the placenta to clot with my son they had me on baby asprin he is a happy healthy boy im 10 weeks now and they have me on the baby asprin again and so far so good with this pg too... the still birth was cuz she had turners syndrome and cystic hygroma but if i were you i would ask to be tested for factor 2 and factor 5

I've never had a miscarriage I have only ever had one pregnancy that ended with my now 21 month old son! :-) but I know my cousin has had three miscarriages also starting from age 18 & now at 23 she has a beautiful healthy 17 month old son! :-) she also had to take some pills to help her be able to carry to full term!

I had 4 miscarriages one of them being twins.. after all 4 mc and having test after test done and not understanding Why and NO answers from the test! I went to my family Dr for a check up and told her My story about the MC and she well lets do a complete work up of blood just because of my age!!! After the blood work we found out I had Hypothroidism which will cause MC.. They put me on meds for it which I will take for the rest of my life. But less than a month later I found out we were pregnant again. I'm now 25 weeks I am high risk due to my age and from all the problems I had with my son 11 years ago. But i'm happy to say we have a healthy baby girl on the way and so far she is doing perfect... they do keep a close eye on my thyroid but other than that and the normal stuff they watch for we are both doing great!!! So god answered our prayers and gave me a DR that was willing to find out WHY? I hope everyone all the best and Trust me its the hardest thing in the world to go through.. Just know your not alone... be strong and pray ! thats what i did this is my first pregnancy and the dr. told me i was at high risk to miscarry because of hormone problems but with a lot of help from god im now 19 weeks and my baby is super healthy! best of luck to u and ur baby!

I had m/c then baby, m/c then baby, baby, baby, m/c, m/c now baby my miscarriages are do to a blood clot disorder called factor V lieden heterozygous. Success is now we know what the issue is and that it is hereditary so my kids can be tested and know what to do

I had one healthy baby then 3 M/C, 1 every yr after my son was born. My doc finally figured out it was my progesterone levels dropping to low so she put me on progesterone suppositories as soon as I found out I was pregnant again and thankfully it worked!! I am now almost 38 weeks pregnant with my lil girl.
It could be your progesterone levels dropping and if that is the case its a pretty easy fix.

I had 2 miscarriages before I had my daughter. I have a dehydration problem. I couldnt keep enough fluid in me for the amnio. after my daughter i had another miscarriage and with that one i had my first ultrasound at 7 weeks and the baby had no heartbeat and now i am pregnant yet again. *cross fingers for you and me*

I had two miscarriages at the end of 2010, back to back. It was terrible, definitely the hardest time of my life.... I got really depressed after that, deeply depressed for months. Then in February of this year SO and I found out we were pregnant and this pregnancy is going perfect! Our little miracle girl will be here in October
