Paleo diet..

Has anyone tried this or know someone that has tried it? How much did u loose?

you eat anything a caveman can eat lol no processed food,dairy or breads pretty much anything man made or anything that would be hard to obtain back in the day

A friend told me about it.. she has great success with it. Another friend swears by it. I personally haven't tried it.

I agree in a sense the diet is right on because I believe carbs from stuff like bread, spaghetti are not as good as the carbs you can get from other sources like vegetables. I don't think eating too much red meat is good personally...

My dad has been doing it for years way before it became a trend and he's 54 and much healthier than most 20 year olds I know. It's really how humans are meant to eat so I don't see why anyone would question whether or not it's good lol.
